Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges in the following cases:

• Defective product;
• Incorrect product (wrong size, color, or model).

Deadline: 14 calendar days after delivery (in accordance with EU consumer law).
Conditions: the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories.

Example: If you receive a jacket in the wrong size, you can request an exchange at no extra cost.
